I apologize for leaving some of those questions which I now see are answered in your posts from 2008 (I had only read 2009 and 2007). Your information is sooo helpful. I am going to try some of the supplements you mentioned. I went to a chiropractor today. She was really helpful and optimistic. Tomorrow I meet with a yoga instructor tp get some moves down. I've been feeling very alone with this horrible condition. I can't tell you how much your blog is helping. THank you for writing it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3401034486681531549.post-3754534159833480012009-03-18T09:41:00.000-07:002009-03-18T09:41:00.000-07:00Hi!Thank you for your helpful response. I am glad ...Hi!
Thank you for your helpful response. I am glad to see you are better and got a good swim under your belt. I feel better when I read that you got better. I do have a questions for you. I read what you posted on diet and I had already dropped sugar and coffee and wine. Do you know if coffee or wine causes pain or just messes with your sleep? The weird thing is, I sleep like a dog. I could really use a glass of wine but I am afraid of what it could do to me. Basically, I am afraid of everything right now. I seem to be in pain daily. I don't know if it's the stress of what I'm learning or If I'm paying too much attention, both of which are likely caused by the news of this diagnosis. It seems to be all I think about right now.

I've been upping my walks to almost 4 miles but today I am pooped and in a lot of pain. I'm trying to learn how much to do on the bad days - do I rest or warm-up my body? Do I force a walk of stretch and rest? I tried the yawn stretch that you mentioned and that helped.

My biggest question to you is: do you feel any pain on your good days? You seem to be doing so much and refer to flar-ups. I'm just curious how good you feel on a goood day.

Sorry to leave such a long comment.

Have a great day today. I'm so grateful to read about the amazing work you are doing.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
